ABOUT EAA CHAPTER 40

EAA Chapter 40 represents the San Fernando Valley area of Southern California, and includes the Van Nuys (KVNY), Burbank (KBUR) and Whiteman (KWHP) airports.

You don't have to be a member to come to one of our Chapter meetings; everyone is invited! Stop by and see what our organization has to offer. Meetings are held at Whiteman Airport on the third Saturday of each month, 9:30 am, at Rocky's restaurant. You can order breakfast and enjoy your meal during the meeting. Please call (818) 705-2744 for more information.

EAA40 has a very active Young Eagles program. This program provides free airplane rides to children ages 8 to 17. For more information about this program, please use the "Young Eagles" link at the right. We hold a Young Eagles event every month, and have flown approximately 3,500 kids so far!

If you're interested in joining EAA40, please use the "Join EAA40" link at the right. This (hopefully) will give you all the information you need to join.
